Easter Sunday Storm Drops a Tree Through a Monett Home

Matthew called us on Easter Sunday after a storm rolled through Monett and put a tree right through his roof. It was a bad situation. The tree had come down hard and was sitting on the house, and he needed somebody out there fast. He told us he'd already called several other tree services across Southwest Missouri and nobody was answering. We picked up the phone and got the job scheduled.

When we got to Cale Street, the tree was laying across the roofline and had punched through into the house. Our priority was getting it off the structure as carefully as possible to avoid causing any more damage. We sectioned the tree off the roof piece by piece, making sure each cut was controlled so nothing shifted or dropped further into the home. It was the kind of job where you can't rush. One wrong move and you're making things worse.

Once we had the tree completely off the house, we cut up and hauled off all the debris so Matthew wasn't left dealing with a yard full of wood and branches on top of everything else. The whole property was cleaned up and cleared out. When a storm puts a tree through your roof on a holiday, the last thing you need is to be stuck waiting, and that's exactly why we answer the phone when other companies don't.
